Our story

Utah Heart

Inspired by the red poppies that spring up in Alpine at the foot of the mountains.

We take Utah favorites and transform them into French and Japanese style crêpes on the griddle and topped with cream and gelato. Modern, playful, and made to order — come say hi!

We’re women-owned and Alpine-grown. Poppy Crêpes & Café was started by an Alpine local — who traded a career in AI and big tech for the warmth of baking — bringing the craft back home to the mountains.
