We serve all of Salt Lake and Utah Counties. Travel outside that is quoted up front. Event minimum $500.
warm crêpes, cold months
Holiday parties, corporate year-end dinners, school events, private gatherings, brunches and winter weddings — we bring the griddle and fold every crêpe in front of your guests. Winter menus come with french hot chocolate on the cart, which is the fastest way we know to make a cold night feel like a good idea.
December dates are limited — 4 weekends remaining. Book by November 15.
the practical bits
- TODO: confirm. Typically one dedicated 20-amp circuit within 100 feet of where the trailer parks. We carry our own water, so no hookup is needed — but tell us early if the site has no power at all and we'll bring a generator.
- TODO: confirm dimensions. Plan on roughly 20 feet by 10 feet of level ground for the trailer, plus clearance to pull in and out. The indoor cart needs far less — about the footprint of a banquet table.
- Events anywhere in Salt Lake or Utah County have no travel fee. Outside those two counties we add a per-mile rate — we'll quote it up front, never after the fact.
- Yes. When the trailer won't fit or the weather won't cooperate, we bring an indoor cart and set up in the room. Everything is still made to order.
- Two to four weeks is comfortable for most events. Holiday and wedding dates go earlier — December weekends in particular tend to fill by early November.
- TODO: confirm. A deposit holds your date and comes off the final balance. Cancellations more than [[ X ]] days out are refundable; inside that window the deposit is retained.
